READ ME!

- RULES - 

- Before you put in the application, read about the character on the Roles page. IF that character has set things about them, there is a reason. If I’ve given them a job there can be side acts or jobs, that’s up to you. As long as their main job is the one I’ve given them. The application should show an understanding of the character I’ve set. As a side thought, if you are to be someone’s sibling in the RP, it’s probably a good idea to read what they’ve done with their blog first.

- Respect the word of the Admins. It is FINAL.

- OOC drama will absolutely not be tolerated.

- Skype isn’t required, but it is appreciated. There will be a OOC group chat to discuss plots or just chat.

- If you know you’re going to be gone for a long period of time, let us know. We require at the bare minimum one post a week. If you remain inactive for a week your role will, by my discretion, be reopen without warning. By my discretion means… if you are great at keeping up with the RP but you slip up for a week or something, you’ll get a message first. But, if I’ve been nice to long I might just reopen the character.

- Keep an eye on the main blog for announcements. READ EVERY POST!

- Tag your posts with your character name and “carnivalstuckrp”. It would also be a good idea to tag with “carnivalCHARACTERNAME”, i.e. “carnivalkarkat” or “carnivalgamzee”.

- No Godmodding. :P Except for characters like the kids’ parents or some of the mob memebers.

- If you’re not accepted for a role, you can reapply in 2 weeks.

- If you do not reply to your ‘acceptance ask’ within a week, I will send another ask. If you don’t reply to that in 3 days, the role will go back up. 

- If you want smut in your rp blog, take that up with the person you are RPing with. Smut is allowed. If you are under 18, just know there will BE smut, maybe. I’m just saying.

- If you want to leave the RP, please let me know, I won’t be mad. :)

- You’re allowed one character at first. If you want a second character, make sure you’ve kept up with posts and then ask. I’ll most likely say yes.

- Your RP Blog - 

- When you are accepted I will need a blurb and icon for the Roles page. Until I get these… I will probably put a random picture of your character there until you do so I can tell quickly that that character is taken. The blurb will be replaced with Coming Soon. :)

- Speaking of the blurb and icon. I will need them within the first week after acceptance. Also, a URL. If not, your role will be reopened.

- If you are off on hiatus, I would appreciate if you put that in your description on the blog, also a date you’ll be back if you know. It’s not a requirement, but sometimes my text files go missing. So, it would be nice of you.

- IT IS NOW REQUIRED to have a link to your main blog somewhere on your page. As I said, my text files go missing. Lol.

- IS IS ALSO NOW REQUIRED that your ask be open.

- I am having a hard time getting a hold of people when I need to is all, so please do this.

- As Far As Other Things Go -

- In this AU everyone is a human. Some of the trolls have abnormalities, but still human. (for the most part.)

- If you want to draw your characters and their clothes, I have no qualms about what they wear as long an you’re serving up 1930s carnival realness. :) The ‘troll’ humans if you could I’d like to see them maybe featuring their blood caste color from HS, but I want you to feel close to your character, so it’s not mandatory. Set your head cannon free.

- Names. There are no last names on the character list. You can make up one for your character or use the original. If you are one of the kids with a sibling, discuss this with your ‘sibling’. As for Lord English, The Imperial Condesce, The Handmaiden, and Doc Scratch. Those are nicknames, you can go by the nicknames or come up with names. I’m not really picky about any of this. Just let me know.

- The kids in this are probably around 17 and the ‘trolls’ range from 16 - 22. The mob are 25 - 35 except for Lord English who is older than 35. The kids are in their last 1 or 2 years of high school.

- READ THIS LINE!!!! READ IT NOW!!!!!! Okay, so… I was thinking it’d be cool if each of the characters have like an underlying secret and whatnot… ala Pretty Little Liars, but not JUST like it… and it’s not required, but it’d be really neat I thought.

- Eventually the storyline needs to head towards some of the carnival people want out and try to leave but can’t and they get in trouble with the mob or whatever so keep that in mind. But it would be best to wait til we have all the mob lined up first.

- Speaking of that, ADVERTISE! We need MOB MEMBERS SO BAD!!!
